What is Life Coaching? Book a 30 minute complimentary initial discussion. Life Coaching is a process designed to take you from where you are now, to where you want to be. It’s all about exploration, inspiration, and transformation. There doesn’t have to be anything actually ‘wrong’ with you to benefit from a good life coach. Maybe you’re dissatisfied with one element of your life, or several elements of it; whatever isn’t quite right; whatever you’re missing; whatever you’re not handling well. A life coach helps you grow by analysing your current situation, identifying limiting beliefs and other potential challenges and obstacles you face and devising a custom plan of action designed to help you achieve specific outcomes in your life.
